3. On the bright side, I complained the next day and within 30 minutes, the jacuzzi was well over 100 degrees and the pool was nearing 78 degrees.

6. We went to the front desk and the rude clerk was wondering while we're complaining again and we are still waiting for a phone call.

(made me feel like I was an idiot for booking through a third party as well and the manager wanted to get back to me in 10 minutes when I called because she was too busy working the phones-at a 420 bed fully commited hotel) We ended up with two rooms (standard) and after complaining about the service; free breakfast.

We left the hotel all day and received no phone call so on our return I went to reception and complained again, this time we were offered another room again a suit in the same block, this room was cleaner however the following morning we noticed a smell of Sewerage from the bathroom, missing foam seats on the chairs on the balcony and the patio door glass was misted up so you could hardly see out of them, I phone reception and asked for someone to have a look at the terrible smell, two days passed and not one came, I then complained again and a man turned up with some drain cleaner, this resolved the problem for a few hours then it returned.
