1. Sofa was broken and 1 of the queen beds was broken, generally dirty with a strange smell and humming noise ( I was now next to the garbage bins and the A/C unit).

3. In addition, the carpet had visible dirt on it, there were stains on the couch and chair cushions, the latch on the bathroom door was broken, the bathroom door was off the rail, the bedside lamp did not work, and the cushions on the balcony chairs were missing.

4. Items that did no work or were unsatisfactory included a broken A/C (forced move to room on edge of property), poor reception on TV, stray human hairs stuck on bathroom ceiling above shower, very low wireless signal and inoperable Ethernet jack (staff worked on but could not fix either, very annoying due to need to work from room), repeated requests for items missing from room, like binder containing property information and bath towels ( only 3 total on check in for 3 adults and child).

5. Big enough for space, however the beds were awful, the furniture was broken, or cracked, and dusty.

10. This room did not have the flat screen TV, also the bathroom door latch was broken and the fridge didn't work and the light colored carpet was stained some too, just not as bad as the other room.
