3. After seeing similar problems with upgraded rooms near us we chose to leave after 2 of the 3 nights we had paid for and stay somewhere else for the remainder of our trip.

5. Our biggest problem was the strong mold smell that made it difficult to sleep and made all of our clothing and luggage stink even after we checked out.

6. Staff is friendly and tries to accommodate but there seems to be a management problem with this place as it does have the potential for a superior resort if only the little things were addressed.

8. A couple of minor things they need to work on - lighting in the rooms (but I was there with someone with sight problems, so perhaps was more picky than most) and the electrical sockets.
