1. When we arrived, they had moved us to another lower quality room (updated, but peeling paint and ants - yuck), saying that the conference had overbooked the type of room that we had reserved.

2. We arrived to find our 'suite' complete with broken sliding door handle, leaking bathroom faucet, peeling molding around the room edges, large dust bunnies under the beds, yellow stained marble around the base of the toilet, and a large refrigerator being stored in the middle of the room.

4. The floor was so dirty I couldn't walk on it, and the bathroom was covered in the same mold, and paint was peeling off of the walls.

5. The heater/AC wall unit made a large amount of noise making it impractical to use when sleeping, the paint on the bathroom door had peeled in about 50% of the area and they simply repainted it (leaving behind all the markings where the paint had peeled and looking very lazy/tacky).

7. musty smells from the bathroom shower area, in wall air conditioning units with mold growing on the outside of it, new floors throughout and granite counter is the bathroom, but the paint looked like it would peel off an minute, sticky to the touch and the cabinets throughout were just painted over not NEW.
