1. We found the reservations group to be tedious, but don't let that deter you if you run into the same issue, as the resort is great.

2. I did report these 2 issues to the front desk upon check out & they credited us $50 for house keeping trouble, and $50 for the lobster bisque episode.

4. I don't recommend it for someone who would have an issue with a duck greeting them as they walk out of their room or who needs a brand new remodeled bathroom.
