3. We arrived to find our 'suite' complete with broken sliding door handle, leaking bathroom faucet, peeling molding around the room edges, large dust bunnies under the beds, yellow stained marble around the base of the toilet, and a large refrigerator being stored in the middle of the room.

5. - The living room furniture was unmatched, and dirty (sofa cushions)- The furnishings included a broken mirror leaning (not hanging) against the wall, a rickety lounger that rocked when sat upon, and a filthy sofa (once green seat cushions turned brown with dirt) without any throw pillows to relax on.
