1. The 'beach' they talk about is NOT a beach- it's a dirty sand front of a man-made bay.

10. - The living room furniture was unmatched, and dirty (sofa cushions)- The furnishings included a broken mirror leaning (not hanging) against the wall, a rickety lounger that rocked when sat upon, and a filthy sofa (once green seat cushions turned brown with dirt) without any throw pillows to relax on.
