6. It's just the minor details that add up: no microwave to pop pocorn, lack of hooks for hanging garments/towels, additional charge for the ammenities you'd get for free at a hotel.

7. The rooms ARE old structures and some lack cross-ventilating, but from the outside they are classic modern and inside they have been beautifully redecorated to remain current.
