4. My husband and I read an earlier review by someone who was disgruntled with the hotel management/staff and we booked anyway, assuming that nothing would go wrong for us since we had stayed here when it was The Ivy last year.

7. The poor management became really obvious when, at checkout, they not only double charged us for a dinner (two exact charges at the same time) they also took our bags to the wrong car.
