1. The placement of where to put the shower arm was so inconvenient (and I am only making a fuss because I kept getting soap in my eye since I was too short to reach the shower head and had to hold it the whole time while trying to shampoo, so annoying.

2. The staff are very helpful and always talk to you when you enter the hotel (which actually can be a little annoying if you are not in the mood to talk - as I wasn't when I had a horror tour and they asked me how it was and I wanted to say 'terrible' but I lied and said it was fine and quickly went to the lifts to save the hassle).

3. My only criticisms of the room itself were that there was no drawer space for underwear (not an issue for short stays, but I was there for a week, so it bugged me) and there is no full length mirror (probably not an issue for men, but it annoyed me).

5. When entering the hotel we were constantly stopped by doormen asking if we were on the party guest list or staying at the hotel and it started annoying me after a while.
