1. I usually am not easy to please but very much like the sister property in West Hollywood, there isn't much to complain at all: Lovely old renovated buidking with funky artwork everywhere, super attentive staff and nice posh room with comfy bed, lovely shower and bathroom and simply everything you could wish for.

3. I have a feeling some of the complainers were probably drunk, tired, didn't have the room key handy, and when security just wanted to confirm for safety reasons, the guests copped an attitude.

6. As far as the noise many have complained about, well we stayed at the hotel on a Saturday night and the host who checked us in mentioned we were in a quieter room and I guess we were because even though there was a long line to get into the hotel nightclub it wasn't anything that kept us awake.

7. When we had enough and complained about the noise at 11pm, we were repeatedly asked if we were staying for one night only (not that we would ever want to stay longer), and then moved us 2 floors up but still above the entrance to the night club.

10. I read other reviews complaining about the noise but soon realized once I arrived that their are nightclubs on the top and the bottom of the hotel.
