1. The staff was very helpful and took care of two minor problems (broken vanity mirror and iron) that we had during our stay.

4. A little problem: nobody cares about all the students who are coming to the rooftop because they know, that they can come up to the pool deck and the hotel doesn't care.

5. The problem could have been handled by calling my room and saying I needed to meet them at the door rather than embarrassing them and leaving a horrible lasting impression.

10. The problem is that on Th, Fri, and Sat night the dance club generates very loud throbbing techno-music that cannot be ignored anywhere in the hotel.
