3. Hotel lost our reservation, staff were rude, room was small, room was noisy, expensive for what it was, pool noisy (with very loud sports people who thought they ruled the world - and the staff allowed them to believe they did.

5. When we got there we wanted to get a refund and get the heck outta there so I called hotwire who called the hotel to see if they would let us leave and Courtney (a girl that works at the hotel) was extremely rude and snapped at me about not calling her first instead of Hotwire.

10. On arrival we found the staff at the check in desk unhelpful and rude toward us, and then on finding our room, we couldnt believe how small the room was as the photograph on line had made it appear much more spacious.
