1. The rooms are not very big, again not a big deal to us, but they are modern in their decor, beds are very comfortable and have plenty little extras (refreshments) to make up for the size.

3. If you're staying with a friend or are in a platonic relationship, you probably will have to work around that, but if you're in a romantic relationship it isn't a big deal.
