The staff are very helpful and always talk to you when you enter the hotel (which actually can be a little annoying if you are not in the mood to talk - as I wasn't when I had a horror tour and they asked me how it was and I wanted to say '
terrible
' but I lied and said it was fine and quickly went to the lifts to save the hassle).

Why is everyone so surprised at the atmosphere when they get there? My self and my travel partner, both executives at a high-end travel firm, traveling unannounced, were excited to see how
terrible
this place really was.
