The staff are very helpful and always talk to you when you enter the hotel (which actually can be a little annoying if you are not in the mood to talk - as I wasn't when I had a horror tour and they asked me how it was and I wanted to say 'terrible' but I lied and said it was fine and quickly went to the lifts to save the
hassle
).

All the amenities were fantastic -- complimentary wi-fi, a selection of free in-room snacks and soft drinks (which saves
hassle
when you have to itemize expenses), friendly staff and a spacious and well-appointed room.

We ended up taking up the offer on the Cadillac service to and from a restaurant in down town and had great drivers that saved us the
hassle
of walking or cabbing, well worth giving them a tip.
