1. On our last day, they had some difficulties with one of the shuttle buses and were running behind schedule, and some other guests were really rude and abusive about it, but the driver that finally turned up handled the situation really well, staying calm and friendly despite the attitude he received.

10. I almost forgot early in the evening we went out for some food when we came back we could not find one parking space anywhere we managed to find a spot that we were not sure if it was a space so we called the desk and the guy was so rude to my wife it was not acceptable.
