1. My only major complaint was about the airport shuttle.

4. Like I said- I've never been motivated to write a complaint- I think it's ok to ask for something politely that would make a big difference in pouring rain- but I didn't act insulting about the question-- and I felt they went out of their way to be difficult and insulting.

5. A few minor complaints - the free breakfast provided as part of a promotional to some of the guests was not available to us because we didn't book during the right month.
