2. Complimentary breakfast was a negative point, they serve at the local restaurant, and you have no option to choose, they bring you the breakfast and you deliver them the ticket you have.

4. I had previous read some negative reviews about this hotel and can only say that the problems stated in those reviews were obviously not expressed to the management at the time of the visit - as I mentioned before, customer satisfaction is primary here and I'm sure problem would have been fixed if management knew about it.

6. I did submit a letter to the hotel and I have not received a response, which leads me to believe that they are unconcerned with negative correspondence.

7. The on-site restaurant is okay - but they did make a point in stating they were not affiliated with the hotel and had some negativity towards the 'kids eat free' promotion the hotel offers.

9. negatives? The front desk could use extra personnel on duty, especially during the busy check-out times.
