1. I know that others complained about noise and parking; we didn't have either of those problems.

6. Then some other lady- named 'Joy' came on the phone and asked 'what my problem was' -- and that now the shuttle had other people to take and it needed to leave immediately.

7. Only issue was that we were told that we would get a free continential breakfast but found out it was muffin, yoghurt and orange together with an orange juice or coffee at the restaurant so just paid for breakfast which was not too much of a problem.
