1. With my daughter on gymnastics, we stay at numerous ones throughout the year and if I ever end up back in San Diego, I will make sure to avoid this hotel at all costs.

2. If you are renting a car, you might want to avoid the giant SUV or Crown Victoria.

3. Like all the hotels in the Hotel Cirlce area traffic noise was constant (who builds a freeway straight through a hotel area?) but this would have applied to the much more expensive hotels directly next door and across the road so could not be avoided.

6. Shouldn't that be done so to avoid bad reviews? I use TripAdvisor for several different hotels and I have rarely seen a hotel manager respond.

7. After reading many positive reviews about Days Inn's shuttle service, I definitely wanted to stay there, but I wanted to avoid getting a room in the older section of the hotel with exterior corridors because of the negative reviews about the quality of those rooms.
