1. however upon our return trip, the driver who's name I was told was Bill, arrived late, and his driving was HORRIBLE.

I booked this hotel because I had no time to look for more and it was only one night, for the price I paid I was worried about getting something horrible but I was really surprised as first of all the service was really good, my room was in a second floor and as I had many bags I was kind of mad but there was an elevator which I did not expect and the room was perfect.
