1. To sum it up $700 got me a molded room (mold on ceiling), smells of mold so immense when walking in the room I couldn't breathe.

5. If you like paper thin windows, drinking/partying teenagers, THIN THIN walls, explaining to two 7 years olds why the people above and to the side of us are 'jumping' on beds and 'moaning/yelling' with excitement, enjoy MOLD in your bathroom and not so friendly staff that doesnt like to hear about complaints then this is the place for you.
