2. Charge for valet, sure, but charging for VERY tiny self-parking spots is a ripoff (and was not mentioned to me when I made a reservation, unlike the $20/day resort fee, which was mentioned repeatedly).

A male masseuse (my husband prefers a female ) a room with a broken TV remote; a telephone with a blinking message light that would not turn off; free-loaders sneaking into the spa pool to gab during meeting breaks; dirty trays of food in the hallways; being seated in the middle of an empty dining room at a tiny table for two when we had expressly requested a booth for his birthday dinner; mediocre meals; terrible pillows.
