5. I read other reviews where this hotel double charged or wrongly charged their guests, and the guests had a terrible time getting the incorrect charges reversed.

6. no elevators, too many stairs, dark, shower very dangerous to enter and get out of (nothing to hold on to)*smells like they need to rip out carpeting and get rid of mold, smells musty*room 271 had bleached out stains all over carpet, TV reception was terrible *way to expensive for what you get.

A male masseuse (my husband prefers a female ) a room with a broken TV remote; a telephone with a blinking message light that would not turn off; free-loaders sneaking into the spa pool to gab during meeting breaks; dirty trays of food in the hallways; being seated in the middle of an empty dining room at a tiny table for two when we had expressly requested a booth for his birthday dinner; mediocre meals; terrible pillows.
