' We ate lunch out on the terrace facing the course, this was possibly my favorite part, late afternoon watching all of the golfers coming back from their games, we enjoyed bloody marys, a mediocre salmon and an amazing, perfectly cooked risotto (with a mysterious mushroom mousse surrounding it.
