5. Rooms are really nice, housekeeping could of did a better job of cleaning and wiping down the TV remote control, it was really dirty, the bed was very comfortable.

A male masseuse (my husband prefers a female ) a room with a broken TV remote; a telephone with a blinking message light that would not turn off; free-loaders sneaking into the spa pool to gab during meeting breaks; dirty trays of food in the hallways; being seated in the middle of an empty dining room at a tiny table for two when we had expressly requested a booth for his birthday dinner; mediocre meals; terrible pillows.
