A male masseuse (my husband prefers a female ) a room with a broken TV remote; a telephone with a blinking message light that would not turn off; free-loaders sneaking into the spa pool to gab during meeting breaks; dirty trays of food in the hallways; being seated in the middle of an empty dining room at a tiny table for two when we had expressly requested a booth for his birthday dinner; mediocre meals; terrible pillows.

6. On different occasions, I have had a stopped-up bathtub, a non-working internet connection, a broken alarm clock, and quite a few mis-programmed keys.
