1. The Sofia hotel is something like a boutique hotel which has masked its lack of customer service and shady business ethics with decent lookin decor and overly scented rooms (probably to cover up someSort of foul odor).

4. A few reasons that I only give it 3 stars: the rooms are small and european style, the rooms lack a secondary security latch (standard at all hotels now), and the concierge were not the most knowledgable though the were very friendly and tried hard.

5. The sink is right in your room; the shower lacks a full door and floods the floor and 3 people have absolutely NO ROOM TO MOVE IN THEIR ROOM.
