The only
downside
for me was the area - it is great for the convention center but there are a lot of homeless people on the streets around and whilst they're not threatening, it's not that pleasant when walking around in the evening.

The only
downside
, was the Greyhound station close-by, so there are vagrants walking around as most people would expect in most Downtown areas these days.
