4. My only slight disappointment was the restaurant downstairs (Currant) that seemed to be somewhat lackasdaisical about service (except for the gentleman who filled glasses and served at breakfast, who was very attentive).

Kinda ruined the whole idea of getting away for the weekend and sleeping in:(I've always been one to read reviews so I was extremely disappointed when I opened the door to our room, because this hotel got 4 1/2 faces but with all the other hotels downtown and for the same price I personally would never stay at the Sofia again.

9. My first impression of the hotel was a little disappointing due in part that we had arrived at 4:30 and the room was not ready, we were asked to leave our luggage and return in 30 minutes.
