1. This is the only downfall and I did not know who to complain to, than the Valet person, who in all doubt could not do anything about it, besides park my car and tell front desk to add the day charge to my account.

3. Sink is located outside of the bathroom and there are no locks on the bathroom door (huge downfall for someone like me who wants privacy).
