4. When I notified the front desk, I was told that my complaint would be forwarded to management and that there was basically nothing they could do because I had already paid for the room.

5. My sole complaint was that the shower door design is strange, and leads to a wet bathroom floor (annoying, but nothing more).

6. Our only complaint with the Tourism was that although they had good wine tours advertised there was no way to get to these wineries unless you rented a car or limo- which was unreasonably priced for that 1 event.
