3. yoga studio was nice, if it wasn't for the jackhammer and construction going on right outside.

4. As of February 20th, 2012 this hotel is basically right next to a construction site.

5. Some of the staff stayed on after the Pickwick was closed and worked on the construction crew to see it through and now are once again working in the beloved hotel as porters, desk clerks and cleaning staff.
