1. Some reviewers complained about small rooms - wasn't such a problem for us except for two things: the reading chair was a bit in the way and to open the safe door you needed to shift furniture, so the only reason I didn't give it an additional star.

3. I'd disagree with the reviewers who complained that the rooms were too small; they're somewhat bigger than you would find in a 4-star hotel in Central Europe.

8. This is the only downfall and I did not know who to complain to, than the Valet person, who in all doubt could not do anything about it, besides park my car and tell front desk to add the day charge to my account.
