The front desk asked if we were heading out early to avoid traffic and I said no, those beds are too
uncomfortable
to sleep on, to which he did not say a single word not even a simple I'm sorry for your trouble.

The beds are
uncomfortable
, the sheets feel like the kind you'd find at a 2 star hotel, and the amount of extra charges cancels out any deal you might have.

Its a very formal hotel, one of the most expensive by history in San DIego, the ambience is beautiful although definitely a bit
uncomfortable
in the dining room, wait staff less than friendly.

The front desk did have the guests remove the dog, but it led to them calling us names in the hallway and an
uncomfortable
altercation.
