1. I honestly do not understand the point in providing a bed that feels like the floor, if someone wanted to sleep on such a hard surface then they certainly would not need to shell out the money for a hotel room charge + the unnecessary fees.

6. why the hell are the faucet knobs so freakin' hard to turn?? I know they're trying to keep with the old world charming decor, but there have got to be more practical knobs available out there.

7. ) The only negative is that there is a $15 nightly 'facility fee' which is not only mandatory but is not disclosed on Hotwire, and is hard to find on the hotel web site.
