1. What would you expect from a fairly expensive room? You get a good location, everything you need is within walking distance of the hotel.

5. Hotel parking is costly at $32 (not the most expensive parking that I have ever paid), but there is street parking -- IF you can find a spot, and IF you are comfortable walking back to the hotel on sidewalks that are occupied by the homeless.

10. Thick lovely vanity tops in the baths, designer gold bathroom fixtures, unique quality light fixtures and lamps, top of the line brand name bath products and plush comfy bath robes, expensive top of the line carpeting, high end custom cabinetry and furniture, and moldings everywhere.
