1. I was on business at the Westgate and was pleased with the distance to the convention center; not close, but not so far that it was a problem.

9. then the airconditioning, it wasn't cooling up, they said they'll send a guy to look at the problem in 5 minutes but then i recieved another call saying it won't be checked right away because that guy is on another job.
