2. There were piles of sheet rock scrap no carpet in the hall ways causing tripping hazards even an old bath tub and toilet in the hall we had to walk around daily.

3. The room was roughly 80 degrees, but the night was cool enough, so we went to open the patio while the A/C tried to catch up, too bad the patio door would rock in place, but not open (was frozen in lower track).
