1. Only negatives were hard to see TV from desk and FILTHY balcony - seems like it had never been cleaned (including discarded cigarette butts) - which needed a good pressure washing.

9. The ONLY negative was the construction going on, but if they are going to improve they must remodel so you take the good with the bad.

10. The hotel is being remodeled, but the remodeling had no negative impact on our stay, in fact both times we stayed here we got rooms that had just been remodeled.
