1. When I have encountered this issue before, hotels have set up continental buffets, often complimentary, in other areas, but this Holiday Inn had done nothing.

2. She was so busy handling issues here and there upon our check in , all the while maintaining a smile , and multi- tasking, She never lost sight of John and I taking care of checking us in as she took care of these issues.
