1. If we wanted breakfast before 8:30, that was our problem not his and our complaints could go somewhere that the sun does not shine.

2. I was very impressed with staff responsiveness when I called down to the front desk to make a noise complaint late Saturday night, within 3 minutes the loud music was off and group of partiers by the pool area dispersed.
