1. If we wanted breakfast before 8:30, that was our problem not his and our complaints could go somewhere that the sun does not shine.

4. Stayed at holiday inn's before, this one was not in it's best of shape, but the problem was that they gave us a handicap room without even telling us, I reserved two rooms one with two beds and one king size bed.
