1. I was very impressed with staff responsiveness when I called down to the front desk to make a noise complaint late Saturday night, within 3 minutes the loud music was off and group of partiers by the pool area dispersed.

8. The hotel's slamming doors are really a constant nuisance --- whenever the exit doors (and most room doors) close, they make a loud, clunk-bang, slamming noise --- or even a clunk-double bang slam.
