1. The hotel itself is a landmark in its architecture and the main floor spaces work well, plus it has some of the delightful remnants of the past, such as a metal and glass enclosed mail drop system (unfortunately closed off) between the elevators on each floor.

3. It's unfortunate that other guests have experienced water temperature/pressure problems; I don't doubt that's true, but we've never had any problems in that area.
