5. it was an average stay was on the twelfth floor , room was clean and cleaning staff was very friendly, close to all attractions , beds were comfortable and nice viewthe least we liked valet looked at you as a you were crazy or dumb everytime a question was asked, the jets in the jacuzi outside didnt work and was very dirty ,slow to no service when ran out of towels in the pool area also in the room also shower hardly put out anywater had to stay underneath for a while to get soap off, also fitness room was under construction.
