1. In regard to our room: the mattresses were a bit soft, some paint and plaster was chipped, some of the furniture needed to be recovered, the drapery control strings were broken, and the shower was difficult to access because it was in a jetted tub that had very high sides.

2. Are you kidding me? Listen I've stayed at every 4 to 5 star hotel on the riverwalk at some point or another, and never had I had such a difficult time.

3. We found it difficult to sleep during the day or night as doors being shut/slammed were very loud and kids were running up and down the hall.

4. My 2 yr old takes baths so it was difficult getting the plug to stay in.

5. However, due to the necessary design of the room, there was no bathtub or vanity in the bathroom (well suited for someone who needs this design, but my husband and I were traveling together, and it was difficult trying to get ready in the morning with only a wall mount sink and no vanity).
