1. Speaking of room service: food was overpriced, but then what room service isn't? The food was fantastic though, so we felt it was worth the high price.

8. However, staff is for the most part, unfriendly, the SELF-PARK lot costs $25 a day for the hotel, the restaurant is highly overpriced (and bland), AND I didn't see any ghosts.
