1. what's not to love? The master bed mattress and bedding were so comfortable, the robes provided to all guests, the Portico line of personal care products, that smell wonderfully of eucalyptus, the quiet room.

5. (We later learned the manager has to approve of how the room looks before we can check in which takes a long time, but at least it's clean) When we walked in the room it smelled so clean.
